All appraisals prepared by Deborah Miller Appraisals LLC conform to the reporting requirements of The Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  According to the IRS definition, Deborah Miller is considered a “qualified appraiser” and suitable to prepare appraisals for income tax purposes. IRS is increasingly more serious about the quality and reliability of appraisals submitted with tax returns, and it behooves taxpayers and tax practitioners to also pay attention to the quality and reliability of the appraisers selected to prepare these appraisals.
